The Rifleman is a Baron of the Skorn. A year following the Red War, Uldren Sov freed him along with 7 other Skorn Barons, and worked together to orchestrate a massive breakout from the Prison of Elders. After Uldren murdered Cayde-6, he fled the scene alongside Uldren into the Tangled Shore. He is a sniper that Guardians must face in a sniper battle, deep within the Tangled Shore. He sports a set of unique armor fashioned from the skin of a War Beast.
