Overload Taken Captains are former Fallen commanders that have been Taken and empowered by the Darkness.
Gameplay[edit]
Overload Taken Captains have the same abilities as normal Taken Captains, however they will fire more rapidly if armed with Shrapnel Launchers and will send out Darkness Bolts constantly, which travel faster than normal. They will also teleport far more frequently to avoid taking damage and will constantly regenerate their health. It is recommended that players face them equipped with Anti-Overload rounds to disrupt their abilities and stun them in order to do damage.
