Mecher Jobkis-23 is a High Servitor in the House of Lions. It is one of the last Jobkis Servitors in existence, which are a older and more common models, that most of the Lions relied on. Mecher Jobkis-23 once belonged to Skrisah, the Wise, until her death. It was later recovered by Joskaa.

The Servitor was later captured by the House of Gray through a unknown way, however the Servitor was later rescued by The Guardian, on the orders of Magnusk a general of the House of Lions.
