Draknis was said to be the oldest living member of the Jackal Syndicate, even said to have been alive since the Whirlwind. Regardless, he was said to have a very quiet and internal personality that matched his exemplary tinkering skills. Following the death of his superior, Krathiks, he became the next Archon of the Jackal Splicers, thanks to Aliskis turning down the position. Leading his very fragile and weak people, he continued to work in the shadows, avoiding countless Lion patrols and Guardian bounty hunters. One day, however, one of his subordinates, Krovnik, rebelled against the Splicers, leading to a brief civil war before he would be personally killed by the Captain and his position taken by the ambitious rebel.
