Valentina was a cousin of Eva Levante and the mother of Luis.[2] She lived with her son in the Peregrine District, apartment block 10, fourth floor. During the Red War, she and her son died when a command ship crashed into the apartments due to the automated defense systems. Tozzi attempted to save them at Eva's request, but died in the process.[1]
