Luis was a cousin of Eva Levante and the son of Valentina.[2] He lived with his mother in the Peregrine District, apartment block 10, fourth floor. During the Red War, he and his mother died when a command ship crashed into the apartments due to the automated defense systems. Tozzi attempted to save them at Eva's request, but died in the process.[1]
