Master Ives is the Cryptarch of the Vestian Outpost. He shares the same reputation level as Master Rahool, so he doesn't need to be leveled up independently. He will also purchase any artifacts from players, as well as any Royal Amethyst they've recovered.

Reef Cryptarchs believe that their job is to encrypt matter and secrets, rather than discover them. They are often at odds with the City's cryptarchy on matters of philosophy. Ives, in particular, has a rivalry with Rahool.
