the Ouragos Phalanx is a variant of Honored Phalanx that serve as Communication code holders and Shocktroopers for the Red Legion. They are deployed via dropship during the Incursion Adventure.
Trivia
- The Ouragos Phalanx only appeared once Ca'our became the leader of the Red Legion, thus suggesting that they are his own creation/derived from him.
