The '''Sol System''' is the planetary system inhabited by [[Human]]ity. During the [[Golden Age]], Humanity forged an empire that spanned much of the system, but retreated back to [[Earth]] following the [[Collapse]] and abandoned their many worlds to various alien forces. 

The system is currently inhabited by both the [[The Traveler|Traveler]] and the [[Black Fleet]]. The planets and the Sun are also associated with 4-dimensional dark matter based entities known as the [[The Nine|Nine]].
