Biography[edit]
When the House of Exile arrived on Kepler, Rhys would be among those who welcomed the Eliksni, particularly becoming friends with Azeryks and having discussions over what their people had in common, such as scrapworking. Azeryks would also once sing a song of the Long Drift. While Rhys did not understand the language, he could understand the emotion behind it.[1] Sometime later, as the Exiles were being rallied under their increasingly fanatical Archon, Levaszk, Azeryks would seek out Rhys. After explaining to him that the Ether tainted by the Dark matter on Kepler had tainted his mind to believing the Giver was speaking to him, Levaszk would begin speaking through Azeryks, with Rhys watching in horror before Azeryks tells him not to trust him again and flees back to his Archon.[2]
Following the Guardian's arrival on Kepler, as they were searching for more Strangelet Capsules to unlock the way to the singularity at the center of Kepler, Carnahan's lab in the Outer Steppes would be ransacked by Exiles led by Felciks, Fiendling of the Archon Prime to steal Mattermorph. During which, Rhys would be killed and his body mutilated beyond recongition.[3]
