Wishful Thinking is the eleventh mission of Chapter 4 of the New Light campaign, and serves as the third mission of part 2.

Objectives

• Pursue the Strange Energy
  • Further aid the Awoken in investigating strange disturbances around the Strand.
• Clear out the Hive
  • Prevent the Hive from researching the energy and from establishing a foothold within the Dreaming City.
• Follow the Energy
  • Chase the energy further into the Ascendant plane.
• Defeat Thalrog, Spear of Xivu Arath
  • Challenge the Hive commander and unravel his power.
• Defeat Thalrog, Wish-Warped
  • Taken energy had consumed Thalrog! Shatter his new defenses and bring him down.
