Soulblades are a rare type of Hive Knight. They act just like any other knight but wield a sword and slash the air to send slashes of Soulfire. They are also capable executing a powerful shockwave by slamming their sword. Though its rare for them to possess this ability. Soulblades can empower other sword wielding knights to do sword slashes as well. Also, they can empower knights wielding other weapons to throw Acolyte Grenades. This Empowerment only works on death of the Soulblade and like Adepts only affects a small radius and it only occurs with the Elite variant.

Trivia

• Soulblades take inspiration from sword Knights in Destiny Rising as quite a few if not all in that game can throw sword Slashes.
