The Created Crusade is a major conflict between the forces of the Last City and the Reef and a cult of Black Fleet forces known as the Created Congression led by the renegade Techeun Xal Tinar after he aquired the Echo of the Amiable that enabled him to manipulate minds and bend them into following him.
