Bal'kelerg, Banner of Jo'arrc is a Cabal Incendior, that is seen in the Asylum of Screams.

Biography

Not that much is known about him, in Cabal standers, but still carried a reputation of slaughtering numerous Guardians on Mars for the Scout Legions and assisted the Red Legion in destroying gate to the Black Garden, while also being heavily targeted by the House of Lions' Blades of Joskaa. However he was would be pulled suddenly into Darumel's Realm, where he served the Lost Legion.

• Going by his title, he may have been a member of the Star Blazers as he seems to be affiliated with Val Jo'arrc, commander of the legion. But it remains to be seen.
  • It can be further evident by Bal'kelerg being targeted by the House of Lions, who fought the Star Blazers in the Siege on Mars.
