Sedia is an Awoken Techeun who served the Queen, Mara Sov. She assisted the Queen several times, once to reach out to straying Awoken,[2] and another as a bodyguard since the Wolf Rebellion.[3]
Before the fateful Battle of Saturn Sedia participated in a rare meeting with the Coven, discussing what to do about Oryx, the Taken King.[1] She expressed doubt as to the strength of the Harbingers against Oryx's Dreadnaught, a fear Illyn assured was unfounded.[1]
Sedia was later Taken when Oryx unleashed the Dreadnaught's superweapon in retaliation for deploying the Harbingers.[4]
When the The Guardian|Guardian]] first reached the Dreaming City, she was present along her fellow Taken Techeuns. Upon the Guardian's approach, she and her Techeuns immediately banished them into the Ascendant realm, forcing them to escape.
