Aedile Moli Imoli, the Everjoy was once a Mighty Colossus who slew hundreds of innocents simply for supporting Emperor Calusprior to his rise to the status of Emperor. However he left the military and dedicated his life to festivities and named himself "The Everjoy" throwing grand festivals to calm the empire when tensions were high.
