Keelhaal of House Salvation is a powerful Fallen Captain who is encountered at the end of the Salvage and Salvation Mission. They were overseeing the capture of The Spider by the remnants of the House of Salvation, following Eramis breaking free from her Stasis imprisonment. They would encounter The Guardian during their rescue of The Spider under Drifter' instructions and attempted to prevent the Guardian from reaching towards Gale's Watch, only for them to be killed as a result.
