Rvirkiis, the Techno-Splicer is a Fallen formerly from the House of Wolves who would eventually abandon his brethren to join Eramis's cause. After the death of the Kell of Darkness and her council, he would eventually take up the reigns to lead the breaking house for his own benefits of evolving the Fallen to a higher status.
