Barrier Taken Centurions are former elite Cabal commanders that were taken and granted a means of unleashing a volley of Axion Darts and protecting themselves from damage by the Darkness.

Gameplay

Like their minor Taken Centurion counterparts, the Barrier Taken Centurion will often stay in the rear of the carnage, providing their twisted subordinates with commands and ranged support, as well as safely capable of conjuring Axion Darts to attack and harass their assailants. However, these Champions have the ability to create a dome barrier to briefly protect and heal themselves. To remove the barrier and temporarily expose the Barrier Taken Centurion to damage, the player(s) should utilize Anti-Barrier rounds from the Seasonal Artifact to mitigate the Barrier Taken Centurion's advantages.
