The Exclusion Zone is a territory on Mars, Meridian Bay,[1] controlled by the Cabal. Within the zone is the Dust Palace and Sand Eaters.<ref>IGN - Bungie's Destiny: A Land of Hope and Dreams</ref/> there you find the Vex fighting the Cabal.
