This method differs from Nokris' necromancy, as the revived Fallen are infused with Dark Ether and undergo drastic physical changes coupled with mental degradation. In contrast, the Hive resurrected by Nokris seem to be fully reconstituted and identical to their former selves.

In the years following the [[Red War]], a [[scarlet fortress]] appeared on the [[Moon]], inhabited by [[Phantasm]]s of powerful foes previously slain by the [[Guardian]]s. Little is known about the origins of the Phantasms, but the Hive construction of the fortress suggests they may have been resurrected in a similar manner as Nokris' necromancy.
