Tough Guys are enemies that appear in the Lawless Frontier.

Gameplay

A Tough Guy, aided by two Cargo Hijackers at a time will appear in one of the possible encounters of Smuggle operations. The Tough Guy will roam the area and drop Cargo Bauble engrams upon being damaged and defeated. These engrams must be picked up and carried to designated deposit spots. Tough Guys will continue respawning until enough engrams are delivered, at which point they will despawn.
