Tikii, Will of the Witness is a powerful Evocator in service to Vochun, Eye of the Black Star. They and Eviri were recruited by the Psion Flayer to continue the plan as Nezarec would clearly fall by the Heroes. Seeing no point adding another body to the slaughter, the Witness commanded two Evocators to aid the curious Vochun, as while their actions deviated from what they were instructed to do, the results have proven far more fruitful. Thus, their act of disobedience would be overlooked in favor of the end result.
