Pursue the Taken corruption to the last place it should be: the Vault of Glass.

 

The Infestation is the eighth mission of Chapter 3 of the New Light campaign, and serves as the final mission story mission of the Venus story released during Season of Plunder.

Objectives[edit]

  • Enter the Vault of Glass
    • Follow the corruption into the heart of the Vault of Glass.
  • Navigate the Vault
    • Exercise caution. Explore the tunnels of the Vault and find the source of the Blight.
  • Repel the Taken
    • Destroy the Taken barring access to the deeper layers of the Vault of Glass.
  • Destroy the Source of Blight
    • Defeat Allaxes, Warped Mind, and cleanse the Vault of corruption.
  • Investigate the Signal
    • Follow the source of a strange signal within the Labyrinth.
