Quie'tiisk, Subjugator of Death is is an Omen of the Witness sent by the Witness.

Gameplay

The Subjugator and its partner appear after the player enter the final room. They both appear without any shields, however after you damage one of the Subjugators down by 1/3 of their health bar, they become shielded, and the other Subjugator becomes vulnerable. This process repeats until both bosses have 1/3 remaining then both become open to damage till defeated.
