Barrier Raiders are powerful Scorn Champions capable of protecting themselves with a dome shield when threatened.

Gameplay

Barrier Raiders will behave as most normal Raider would with some minor changes, in which they will dodge and fire more aggressively than their base counterparts, and will enter a Smoke Dash far more frequently, especially when pushed or threatened with a high damage attack. However, upon losing a significant portion of health, they will envelop themselves in a personal dome shield that protects them from external harm while also healing up any wounds they have taken. In order to bypass the shield and make the Barrier Raider far more easy pickings, a Guardian should utilize Anti-Barrier rounds from the seasonal artifact or abilities that can penetrate the shield and briefly stagger them.
