Dreg Lead Scouts are a variant of Dregs belonging to the Fallen House of Devils. It can be found during Kill Patrol missions in the Cosmodrome. One such example can be found in the Lunar Complex from a patrol beacon collected in the Skywatch.
If a player is at Level 40, the Dreg Lead Scout will be replaced by a Reaver Dreg.
