Valus Dulurc was a former Red Legion Valus found hiding, along with some Cabal allies, in the Ma'adim Subterrane in the Glacial Drift. During Forsaken, he would be killed by Glimmer-hungry Guardians pursuing a bounty placed on him by the Cabal.
