The Upended is a device located aboard the Sunken Pyramid in Savathûn's Throne World. It was originally used to siphon power from Lubrae's Sapphiric Sun, but it has since been repurposed into a superweapon by Rhulk, Disciple of the Witness, who has used it on numerous occasions to destroy entire celestial bodies.
After Xita, the Nurturing Worm was brought aboard Rhulk's Pyramid, he granted her the use of the Upended as a source of power and nourishment.
