Than'grot, Loyal to Caiatl was a Phalanx from the Red Legion who is loyal to Empress Caiatl.
Than'grot was been found in the The Arms Dealer Strike and played a vital role in guarding a Intercepted Distress Signal and was required to activate the Dead Man's Tale Exotic Quest.
Gameplay
To encounter Than'grot, players had to first load up the Arm's Dealer strike and clear the room of Cabal enemies that requires a Ghost hack. Instead players needed advised to follow an alternate path by keeping right and enter a room full of Honored Scorpius.
Than'grot also spawned further down in the room behind the Scorpius. Than'grot was highly durable and routinely shielded themselves from damage and fired rapidly with a Slug Rifle. As more of their health was depleted, Than'grot would retreat to a final landing platform which had even more Scorpius turrets. Defeating the boss granted players the ability to collect a distress signal on top of a crate.
