Mysterious creatures brought into existence by the Traveler during the Golden Age, the Ahamkara were frequently sought out by Guardians for their wish-granting powers. These wishes would always backfire, however, and cause far more harm than good. As valuable as the Ahamkara were, ultimately the Vanguard deemed them too dangerous to be allowed to live.
