A Fireteam Medallion is a consumable item bought from Tess Everis for 50 Bright Dust. When used, it increases the XP (22.5%) and the loot dropped from Strikes, Public Events and the Crucible for 4 hours. Its effect is not active in Gambit or Reckoning.
