Corrective Permutation is a unique Minotaur encountered in The Citadel during an "Eliminate the Target" Public Event.
Gameplay
The Permutation is a level 14 Minotaur that spawns at the base of The Citadel, inside of a tunnel. Guardians have five minutes from the moment he spawns to kill him, and he has eight checkpoints he will travel to before he despawns. His Void Shield recharges quickly, and will start to restore itself if not damaged every few seconds. He behaves like most other Minotaurs until his health drops low, then he will prioritize fleeing to his checkpoints.
