Apex is a location in the Plaguelands. It is accessible during the Wrath of the Machine Raid. This is where the Siege Engine encounter takes place and is The Wall that the Devil Splicers smashed with said Siege Engine. Descending from it takes Guardians to the Server Farm deep underground.
