The player needed to burst down the drones for the shield to disappear and the captain to be vulnerable. Unlike the Marauder, they would stay in one place until killed. The Anarchist Captain was a Fallen commander of the Kell's Scourge. They were found in the Whispered Falls guarding a fake Black Armory Cache.
Gameplay
The Anarchist Captain would have automatically appeared once entering the cavern where the usual Lost Sector boss appears. Unlike the Anarchist Marauder though, they would first appear without a drone shield. Once damaged, the barrier spawned around the Captain. The player needed to burst down the drones for the shield to disappear and the captain to be vulnerable. Unlike the Marauder, they would stay in one place until killed. Once dead, the player was able to scan the cache.
