"Flay the intruders. All bow before the Kell of Kells!"
— Translated transmission from Tuliks

Tuliks, the Emissary is the head ambassador and gunrunner of Dragon's Breath and disgraced daughter of Vulpis, the Dracobane. She is seen on Hoth smuggling weapons to Srikes, Exile Veteran and her cronies. Although her true intentions haven't been revealed, she managed to establish an alliance with Srikes' crew and smuggled out SIVA.

Overview[edit]

Tuliks was born a runt of her litter. Rather than serving Dragon's Breath, she devoted her life to being a mercenary, thus causing her to be disgraced by her family. She, like her brother Bharad, the Mutualist, found an unsettling fasciation with alien tech, inducing all kinds of robotics and technologies.

One day, she was paid by Vulpis to establish contact with her aunt, Srikes, Exile Veteran on Hoth. There she exchanged Dragon's Breath tech for SIVA Nodes. Although successful, The Guardian uncovered their operations and went on to hunt her down. She hid herself away on the Dusk Ketch, Splicership Brandaks-Fel. She was eventually hunted down and killed, but Tuliks Swears Revenge(Like How Fikrul, the Fanatic did)

Trivia[edit]

  • Despite being able in lore tabs, Tuliks is the only child of Vulpis unable to speak English.
  • Her bio-augmentation is much akin to Taniks, the Scarred, where they appear more robotic than Fallen.
