Savathuns Lucent Brood first appeared in the Throne World of the Hive Witch Queen after she was granted the Light. With her Ghost Immarus help Savathun summoned many Ghosts to her strange Throne World. These Ghosts spread throughout the High Coven and resurrected many Hive as their Guardians, which became known as the Lucent Brood.

==Structure==

The organization of the Lucent Brood appears to be largely unchanged from the standards set down by [[Oryx, the Taken King]] in the [[Books of Sorrow]], with a hierarchy of powerful [[Knight]]s and [[Wizard]]s leading groups of [[Acolyte]]s and [[Thrall]]s, and their patron god, in this case [[Savathûn, the Witch-Queen]], holding absolute authority.<ref>'''Bungie (2015/9/15)''', ''[[Destiny]]: [[The Taken King]] Playstation 4, Activision Blizzard, [[Grimoire]]: [[Grimoire:Enemies/Books_of_Sorrow#XX:_Hive|XX: Hive]]''</ref> Even the [[worm]]s and the tithe system remain in place, at least for the regular Hive.
