| Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.
|
- Drowning - first mission in the Gravewake Trench. Shadow Legion activity has spiked in the Gravewake Trench. They aren’t digging. They aren’t salvaging. They’re measuring. Gravity disturbances are spreading through the trench. The Shadow Legion is deploying equipment with Hive support, and the dead are responding in ways Ghost can’t explain. You’re being sent in to find out what they’re learning. (Zone order: Keelbreak Yard > Pressure Shelf > Dropway > Return to Keelbreak Yard)
- Keelbreak Yard - Quiet deployment. Shadow Legion patrols pass through but do not fortify. Undead presence is low and erratic. This place isn’t hostile yet. That’s what worries me.
- Pressure Shelf - First major resistance. Shadow Legion engineers defend gravimetric equipment. Hive units hold ground aggressively, forcing movement. Gravity decides to begin being selective. These aren’t weapons. They’re reference points
- Dropway - A steep descent where gravity actively assists downward movement. Visibility drops sharply. Undead begin appearing in numbers. Something is pulling everything together down here. Players destroy or disrupt calibration devices. The Shadow Legion is calibrating under real conditions — pressure, depth, resistance.
- Return to Keelbreak Yard - Disrupt Shadow Legion gravimetric calibration and escape the trench. They weren’t targeting the trench. They were learning how Aloria responds when gravity is forced.
- OPTIONAL DISCOVERY
- Event Scar becomes available as a Lost Sector. Ghost flags it, but the mission does not send players there. (Reason: Unusual Gravity Readings)
- Pressure Protocol - mission 2 in Gravewake Trench. A massive structure has come online beneath the ocean floor: Shadow Station. Power and data are flowing upward from it — off-world. The Shadow Legion is no longer testing. They’re preparing. The data from the trench didn’t leave Aloria. It went deeper. (Zone order: Keelbreak Yard > Pressure Shelf > Black Channel > Outer Collar > Intake Spine > Targeting Concourse > Extraction via Intake Spine)
- Keelbreak Yard - Patrol space, just passing through.
- Pressure Shelf - Increased Shadow Legion presence. Hive units fight in full coordination. Gravity feels managed, not chaotic. They’ve stopped experimenting. This is infrastructure now.
- Black Channel - Geometry becomes precise. Wreckage disappears. Gravity stabilizes unnaturally. This corridor exists to keep a signal clean.
- Outer Collar - Transition from ocean to station. Undead presence drops to zero. Sound and motion feel dampened. This place isn’t ancient. It’s operational.
- Intake Spine - Central routing artery. Heavy, disciplined resistance. Side routes briefly reveal:
- Industrial bays
- Clone transport rails
- Sealed production chambers
- Ghost flags it quietly. They’re replacing losses fast… not bringing anyone back.
- Targeting Concourse - Massive gravimetric arrays active. Aloria rendered in real-time projection. Hive rites actively correcting impossible solutions. This station isn’t stabilizing a weapon. It’s telling something where Aloria is. Every second.
- Core Revelation
- Recovered data confirms:
- Shadow Station provides automatic gravitational targeting. The signal feeds a Pyramid in orbit. The Black Hole Generator is already charging. What players are not told:
- truth -What happens if Shadow Station is destroyed. Whether the charge can be stopped. That truth is coming — just not yet.
- Shadow Station is still online. And the weapon hasn’t stopped charging. The Pyramid hangs over Aloria in silence.
- Escape using a transport train reach hanger and steal a Harvester to escape via the only surface section available which is the island the station sits right underneath. (The Island is a rocky island with no good footing so can't land there.)
- Beneath the Silence - mission 3. Shadow Station isn’t the weapon. It’s what makes the weapon decisive. The Pyramid in low orbit is already charging its gravity engine. Shadow Station is feeding it a perfect, automatic targeting solution for Aloria—and beyond. Leonidas has one demand before you act:
- Show me everything. If this place is allowed to stand or fall, he needs to see what it’s buying them.
- Keelbreak Yard - Deployment under heavy orbital shadow. The Pyramid is now visibly dominant in the skybox.
- Pressure Shelf -Shadow Legion resistance is absolute. Hive fight in perfect coordination. No fallback positions. No retreat. They’re not defending Aloria. They’re defending time.
- Black Channel - Gravity smooths unnaturally. No wreckage. No drift. Signal integrity above all else.
- Ghost: Everything about this corridor exists to keep the uplink clean.
- Outer Collar - Transition into Shadow Station. The ocean is sealed out. Undead presence: zero. This place was never meant to fail slowly.
- Intake Spine - Station-wide alarms active. Cabal and Hive fighting side by side. Side corridors now unsealed. A question is asked: Before we decide this place’s fate… I want to see what it’s cost them to keep it running.
- Clonal Reliquary - Investigate the Clonal Reliquary. Rows of Shadow Legion clones hang in suspension. Some incomplete. Some already moving. None unique. Automated systems decant bodies continuously—no ceremony, no delay. They’re not saving soldiers. They’re maintaining output. This is how they afford to wait.
- Lockstep - Manual targeting systems active. Emergency recalibration in progress. Cabal crews operating without hesitation. If automation fails… they don’t stop. They adapt.
