The Haul was a massive, roughly spherical object seemingly made of an unknown multicolored rock-like material. Its outer surface appeared to have been ruptured, revealing a hollow interior space with green-streaked walls illuminated by an unknown light source. 

According to an analysis conducted by the [[Praxic Order|Praxic]] [[Warlock]] [[Aunor Mahal]], the Haul was an "engine of pure potential," seemingly capable of manifesting any entity imaginable by its user. *In some images of the Haul, a mass of swirling amorphous material sprouting tendrils closely resembling [[Egregore]] can be seen on the side facing the Derelict. However, during gameplay sequences where the Guardian enters the Haul from the Derelict, the amorphous mass and tendrils are not present; instead, there is a misty opening leading to the pocket of Unknown Space within the Haul. The significance of this is unclear.
