Saboteurs are a variant of Captains employed by Pirate Crews.

Overview

Saboteurs are enemies found in Expeditions. While the Treasure Hauler is in transit to another location, there's a chance a Skiff will arrive, announced by a message and a change in music, and drop off the Major Captain alongside a group of Fallen. As long as the Saboteur lives, the Treasure Haul will be prevented from moving, so it is recommended to kill it as fast as possible. On higher difficulties of Expedition, the Saboteurs spawn as Overload Captains, meaning the Guardians will have to employ heavy firepower and Anti-Overload effects to distrupt it.
