Hard Light returns as an energy weapon with its main perk Volatile Light intact, with an additional perk that allows the user to switch between Arc, Solar, and Void damage. It saw extensive use in Season of the Worthy, resulting in a nerf to ricochet bullet damage in PVP modes.
