Strangled Abominations are a variant of Abominations encountered in the Takedown the Scorned Assemble that have been experimented on by Troksrii and his followers to wield Strand.
Gameplay[edit]
Strangled Abominations are encountered in the Storage section of the Takedown following the fight against Qalskii. Unlike Guardians, they are too heave to swing with Grapple. Instead, they use it to pull Guardians to them or into the bottomless pit below them. However, Guardians will receive a notice of when they are being targeted, allowing them to either duck behind cover or attempt to dispatch the Abomination before it can grapple them.
