Shock Bolas are a throwable weapon first seen wielded by Fallen of the House of Anarchs.
Overview[edit]
When it strikes an enemy, a Shock Bolas will temporarily incapacitate them, leaving them unable to attack or move, while deal arc damage. Similar to being frozen in Stasis, players will need to press the appropriate button to break free or wait a few seconds for it to fall off.
