Pevkis, the Honorless was a Fallen from the House of Lions, that was a supporter of Skevsis, the Prowling, a Fallen noble that was a claimant of being the new Kell of Lions. Pevkis fanatically served as Skevsis's Enforcer, fighter, and even sometimes claimed himself as his right-hand man. He would lead rallies and battles in the name of Skevsis, as well as participating in both of the destruction of Skrisah's fleet and her demise, after Skevsis became the new Kell of Lions, Pevkis became neglected despite still being devoted to Skevsis, and was mocked by his peers, declaring him as a fool. Until the rebellion, led by Joskaa, Grayvis, and Andiks-5, witnessing the House fall into chaos by Skevsis's machinations, and the reveal of the noble working alongside the House of Sky, Pevkis was convinced by Grayvis to fight alongside them, leading to Pevkis fighting against Skevsis's supporters to give time for Joskaa to get to Skevsis, watching the two get to the Grav-Lift before he perished, hoping he had redeemed himself to his House.

After his death, he was almost considered a martyr to the Lions under Joskaa, but remembered as someone who was blinded by devoted only to witness what around him to fall.
