Pevkis, the Honorless was a Vandal of the Fallen House of Lions, and the secret and preferred assassin for Skevsis, the Prowling, usually tasked with eliminating potential threats to Skevsis's machinations. He was extremely efficient with numerous weapons including a Wire Rifle and Shock Blades.
He was heavily instrumental in preventing any to discover Skevsis being the one to start the Gray Wars, his part in the death of his Kell, Yorvik, as well as assisting in Skevsis's challenge for the vacant throne, and silencing all who oppose his rule, earning the moniker "the Honorless" for his ruthlessness.
Eventually his loyalty to Skevsis would come to a boiling point when he was tasked to eliminate Joskaa to stop his rebellion. While he failed, he was convinced by Joskaa to question his superior as his damages to his fellow House members, leading to betraying Skevsis by allowing his throne room to be overran by Joskaa's rebels, as well as shooting out one of his eyes. He would quickly rejoin in helping Joskaa defend against Skevsis's guards and Vanishing Claw to prevent his escape. But he would unfortunately meet his end by an angry Skevsis, who pinned him down and beheaded him with his barehands as he escaped.
