The Oath of Devastation is a heavily modified, lightweight Cabal Magma Launcher designed to work in the hands Guardians. Initially designed for unknown, light-wielding allies of the Neon Wraiths, it would, instead, be acquired by Vanguard-supported Guardians during Operation Fallen Hammer.

- Promise of Destruction - This weapon fires a stream of potent magma. Clings to any surface. Applies burn to any enemy who passes through.\
