Legatus Dra'qal is a Barant Praetorian and Valus of the Dune Raiders. He is also a son of Emperor Calus who had been abandoned when he was an underdeveloped baby.

Prior to departing to claim the treasures of Athenaeum World VII, Lau'urc would place Dra'qal in charge of the remaining Dune Raider forces in Sol.

Biography

The Barant that would come to be known as Dra'qal was originally a child of Calus after he had a new mate after his previous wife and mother to Caiatl. However, following an argument with her over promises to the ex-Praetorate families he had not kept that led to her striking him, Calus opened his brood-pouches and dumped the pups, telling her that he didn’t want them anymore. As a result, most of the children would be underdeveloped and, though she would manage to find someone to take them, only one would survive.
