Basanismos, the Recreated is a Vex Minotaur of the Acolytes of Nezarec. Once part of the Nessian Schism that managed to break away from the Conductor's control, they would become influenced into following Nezarec by Nessa, to the point of remodeling their chassis after him. It would serve as the second boss of the The Fifth Tomb, where it would attempt to prevent the Guardian from disturbing the ritual to revive Nezarec.
