Buhr is a Neomuna citizen, and the husband of Jaya, with whom he was planning on having a family. He offloaded ice and microdiamond deliveries. The night before he uploaded into the CloudArk, he went drinking with his coworkers, not realizing hangovers last five times as long in cyro.[1]
