The Abandoned Guards are a group of powerful Vex encountered in The Desert Perpetual Raid. Appearing in The Nursery on the path to the Fallow Pavilion after the defeat of Epoptes, Lord of Quanta, these units are likely deployed to prevent the Guardians from sabotaging Nessian Schism operations in the Unknown Periphery further and perhaps even avenge the destruction of the powerful Hydra.
