I'd say it isn't. While the colour scheme seems SUROS enough, there is already precedent for foundry-made exotics such as the [[SUROS Regime]]; in that case, there's the foundry nameplate in the corner, which the Sweet Business lacks. SB also lacks the SUROS logo, and the [https://www.ishtar-collective.net/search/sweet%20business Ishtar Collective] lacks anything that mentions SB being a SUROS product. I'd say it isn't.
